P1. Starts as for Romanee then at 40ft carry  straight on up the goove to a tree belay. 5.7 130ft

P2. Move right past another tree and up a big flake. Move off the flake and face climb to the base of a long corner. Up the corner where at the top move out right on to the face to the top.

P1. Start up some easy climbing in the middle of the buttress for 40ft. Then trend left up the face between the corner and a crack to a big ledge with tree. 5.7 120ft

P2. Carry on up the corner for 30ft to a small roof. Step right and make a tricky move (big stopper) to get into a small right facing corner. Up this to an overlap where you again move right and carry on up another right facing corner. Finish up easy face above to top. 5.8 100ft

Follow the crack for 40ft then step left on to the face just below some plant vines. Finish up easy arete to slinged horn.

Head up the corner towards a nice left leaning crack. Chug up this and then move right and carry on up a right facing corner to a ledge. Move left across the ledge to finish up the green wall of Tawny Porto.

At red wine wall and between the routes Azal Tinto (5.8) and Vino Ardanza (5.9) is a poorly (in my and my partners opinion) bolted line. There are currently 7 bolts with mad rocks hangers on the route and it ends at a two bolt sling and biner anchor.

Both my partner and I thought the movement was around 5.7ish and could lose 2 or 3 of the bolts on the line.

If anyone has any more info on this route regarding the fa, etc, a message or email would be appreciated to update this page.

Easy climbing for 30ft leads you into the green corner. Stem your way up this to belay at tree.

Starts at a shallow left facing corner on the wall 30ft or so left of Bodegas Trapiche. Move left past a hollow horn/flake and a good red metolius just above it. Swing round left, place more pro and make a tricky step back right on to the face.

Carry on up the diagonal crack for 30ft or so until you can move left and finish near the arete.

Great climbing.

On the northern end of the Red Wine wall there is a series of dihedrals that ends up in a double crack system about 3/4 of the way up. Start in the lower dihedral mostly face climbing placing micros then step out left onto the low(ish) angle slab heavily covered in lichen, then make some moves up to the small ledge where the splitter cracks begin. Some jamming leads to stemming and topping out on a vegetated ledge. Build the belay off of hand of finger sized gear in large blocks. Walk off or rap a dead tree to the climbers lift. Be aware of loose blocks, as there are many despite our cleaning.

Boulder up easy moves to clip a bolt. Crank some moves right to a good small cam, I used a 0/1 offset cam. Make a stretchy move up to a good hold where you can place a good small nut (2 peenut) right by your hand. A tricky standup move gets you on to the handhold. From there follow the crack right in to the corner. Great small/med wires and such like in cams gets you to the top.

Bullet rock.

Climb face with tricky pro to reach the obvious V groove. Up this until you can break left on big holds and finish up the green face.

Finishes 10 ft right of La Rioja Alta.

Start up the steep crack system with spotty but good pro to a ledge below a corner. Make some tricky moves up the corner to a good ledge. Step left and make more hard moves up a left facing corner next to a coffin sized pillar.

Finish up easy climbing to a slung block.

In terms of climbing this was the most sustained and interesting of all the routes but its not the cleanest and you have to be patient with the pro.

Not for everyone.

Found a peg on the nice green wall to the right.

Pitch 1. Take the line of best rock that leads to a left slanting crack. Some nice moves up this brings you to a blocky prow. Up this to tree belay. 5.7+ 160ft

Pitch 2. Head up a crack behind the tree to the top. Then traverse left over to the sling anchor above Bodegas Trapiche. 5.6 50ft

A great pitch which gets better and better the higher you go.

Climb 30ft up the easy face towards a big right facing corner. Climb this and then make a tricky step over and in to the main corner that splits the pillar. Stem up the corner until you can move right out on to a perfect green face. Up this for 20 ft then step back left and finish up an easy corner.

Start up a left facing corner until you can move right on to the face. Up the face passing 2 bolts then move left to finish on the arete.

Stellar pitch.
