Start on undercut rail, move left matching feet until you reach the rail.  Use LH on arete and RH on left facing dishes to top out around corner, same top out as White Belt.

SS around corner, left of "The Mallard Sweater Controversy."  Climb obvious features to the top-out.

Short, fun route that could use a little cleaning to make the top out easier. Start with both hands matched on the breadloaf- type jug. Reach up to the first jug on the arete above your head. As you work your feet up, you will be able to gradually move your hands to the second and then third jug. This has good hands and feet throughout. 

 

Start with RH on deep, horizontal crack at shoulder level and LH on nose.  Move left using features on slab-face or heel hook around left edge.Big reach to a dish around left of the nose, mantle on to bridge of the nose for the top-out.

Start in the corner of the overhang. Move right on rail, heel hooking to gain crimps on face.  Continue to move right and up to top out.

Traverse the lip of the dog bone looking boulder lodged between two walls.

Meant to be a dyno problem until more thorough cleaning revealed face features.  Start on the rail and move straight up to a shelf and top-out.

SS, start on obvious features above the low overhang.  Work up and right on a series of rails to top-out.

Start left, use the lip of the roof to traverse right, mantle top-out.

Start way left on a low roof.  Traverse right, heel hooking and hand matching to reach an obvious hand crack around the corner.  Use hand crack to top-out.

Sit start all the way left.  Climb the right and upward trending arete to top out.

Start on a flat ledge and move up an obvious right leaning crack. Jam and lyback around a roof (crux). Continue to an obvious dike edit.

Sunset Hill is a small but densely packed bouldering area located just above the Lucerne Inn amid a development of log cabins.  There are a lot of features here that are not common in other Bangor bouldering areas: cracks, roofs, etc..  What makes Sunset really though is that it has all the best qualities of a good bouldering spot: no approach, easy to navigate, a large concentration of problems, a lot of FA potential, highballs, and a variety of climbing styles.  Much of the bouldering is actually done on a small, broken cliff band that ranges in height from 14 to 25 feet.  There are some dangerous highballs here.  It's worth bringing a lot of crash pads.
